Refund & Return Policy

At Flight Series Eyewear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1. Eligibility & Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of the customer receiving the product.

  • To qualify for a return, the product must be:

    • Damaged only during shipping or due to a defect from us.

    • In original condition, except for the damage caused during shipping or manufacturing.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to user misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Adult Use Only: These sunglasses are intended for persons 18 years or older. Flight Series Eyewear is not responsible for injury or damage caused by use by minors.


2. Care Instructions & User Responsibility

To maintain the integrity of your sunglasses:

  • Avoid exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or impacts.

  • Do not attempt to modify, repair, or alter the sunglasses yourself.

  • Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage that is not covered by our return or replacement policy.


3. Limitation of Use

  • Users assume all risks associated with use.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact support@flightserieseyewear.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.

  3. You will receive instructions for returning the item.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged during transit or is defective from us.


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (initial shipping to the customer) are non-refundable, except if the item was damaged in transit.


6. Exchanges

  • Flight Series Eyewear does not offer automatic exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please return the damaged item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.


7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@flightserieseyewear.com.

  • Provide photos or evidence of the damage/defect before a replacement or refund can be authorized.

  • Flight Series Eyewear will cover shipping for replacement items only if the damage occurred during shipping or was due to a defect from us.


8. Lost or Undelivered Items

  • Please see our Shipping Policy. We will replace lost or undelivered items one time only, provided the customer meets the requirements outlined there (accurate address, reasonable efforts to locate the package, etc.).


9. Limitations and Liability

  • Returns must be made within the 15-day window. Late returns will not be accepted.

  • Flight Series Eyewear reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged due to customer misuse or if the customer fails to provide proof of purchase.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the original purchase price.

  • We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses resulting from a returned item.

  • Flight Series Eyewear is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by shipping carriers beyond our control (USPS, UPS, or other carriers).


10. Force Majeure

  • Flight Series Eyewear is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, shipping disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
