Shipping policy
At Flight Series Eyewear, we strive to ship your sunglasses promptly. While we aim to ship orders quickly, please note that we are a small team with full-time jobs, and orders may take up to three (3) business days to process before shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground shipping.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, Flight Series Eyewear is not responsible for shipping delays, including those caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We may, at our discretion, assist in resolving extreme shipping issues.
Lost, Undelivered, or Misdelivered Items
Flight Series Eyewear will replace an item one time only if it is confirmed lost or not delivered. To request a replacement, the customer must:

Provide reasonable evidence that the item was lost, not delivered, or misdelivered.

Demonstrate that reasonable efforts were made to locate the package.
Customers assume full responsibility for entering the correct shipping address. Flight Series Eyewear is not liable for items lost due to incorrect addresses or insufficient delivery information.
Limitations of Liability

Flight Series Eyewear’s liability is strictly limited to the cost of the original item.

We are not responsible for shipping fees, lost packages, consequential damages, or other losses.

Replacement shipments are limited to one per order.
